Land sales strong as Display Village nears capacity

As the rest of the State’s property sector continues to do it tough Dunsborough Lakes has maintained an impressive ability to buck the trend. Land sales have held strong in the last 12 months with local buyers keen to take advantage of improved affordability and generous builder incentives.
“We are the only project in the area offering house and land at prices well under $500,000,” says Estate Manager Geoff Bowman. “This makes the estate appealing to pretty much all segments of the market, from first home buyers eager to escape the rent trap, through to downsizers and investors.” Land prices at Dunsborough Lakes currently range from $149,000 for traditional cottage lots up to $360,000 for family-sized homesites of 500sqm plus.
