Construction Steaming Along with new park underway.

After a strong period of sales over the past 6 months, stage 14, 15 and Stage 1 of the Links have almost sold out.
We have undertaken an extensive construction program to meet the demand for land and are starting to see the results with titles issuing on program for stage 14. We are also pleased with our progress of stage 15 which we expect to receive titles in August and in The Links where titles are expected in October for the first release of 25 lots.
Due to the high demand for lots, we have fast tracked the sales for stage 16 which have now been released. The civil works for stage 16 are progressing well and we expect to achieve titles in January 2016.
As part of stage 16 we will be developing a large community parkland with play equipment & walking paths. (See attached)
