Grass roots investment inspires changing landscape
July 25th, 2017
At Dunsborough Lakes we don’t believe in letting the grass grow under our feet… not least when it comes to landscaping. In the past 12 months we’ve invested over $1.5million dollars in new parkland, play areas, stonework and planting initiatives. This includes extensive development of the Fairways parklands, the entry to the Greens precinct and further works around the Display Village and Sales Office.
In addition, over 100 new street trees have been planted and we have maintained our commitment to providing generous landscaping packages to new residents with a view to preserving a high quality of streetscape across the entire estate. Although we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of these projects, we have no plans to rest on our laurels just yet. Over the next 12 months our team of green-fingered architects, landscapers and gardeners will be getting back to work creating two brand new parks in the Greens and Fairways precincts.
